Class Description

In the Int. Confident Communicators: July Saturday 1pm course, students in Grades 7 to 9 will learn to build confidence through the core fundamentals of powerful speaking. This program introduces students to the BELIEVE framework—a proven system designed to help them communicate with clarity, confidence, and impact. Each week, students focus on key elements of effective communication, learning not just what to say, but how to say it in a way that connects and inspires. What Students Will Learn: The importance of Body Language, Eye Contact, Love What You Do, Inspire Your Audience, Experience, Voice, and Entertaining the audience. Why This Matters: Many students know what they want to say but struggle with how to deliver it. They may speak too quietly, avoid eye contact, rush through their words, or come across as unsure, even when they have strong ideas. Without the right tools, this can impact their confidence in the classroom and beyond. The BELIEVE program gives students a clear, easy-to-follow framework they can rely on every time they speak. Students will learn how to: -Use their voice and body to communicate with confidence -Connect with their audience in a natural and engaging way -Express their ideas with clarity and impact And most importantly, they begin to believe in themselves as speakers. Because confidence isn’t something you’re born with, it’s something you build.
