The Stand Up and Speak 16 week Adult Competitive Program for adults 18+ is designed for adults who are ready to elevate their public speaking and leadership skills. At this level, adults refine their ability to communicate persuasively, think critically, and present ideas with confidence and authority. This award-winning program challenges adults to develop stronger argumentation, deeper analysis, and more dynamic delivery while continuing to build confidence on stage. Adults will learn:
Advanced speech writing and structured presentations
Persuasive speaking techniques
Impromptu speaking under timed conditions
Voice control, stage presence, and audience engagement
How to organize complex ideas and deliver them with clarity
Adults receive personalized coaching and detailed evaluations to help them continually improve their performance.
Throughout the 16 week program, adults will have opportunities to compete in video and online competitions, allowing them to strengthen their skills through real competitive experience while learning from their peers. This program helps adults develop confidence, leadership, analytical thinking, and powerful communication skills that will support success in business, leadership roles, and future career pathways.
