Osmow's Speech on the Rocks Contest Registration 2026

Class Description

Open to currently enrolled Stand Up and Speak Competitive Program students only. REGISTRATION ONLY — VIDEO SUBMISSION CONTEST. No in-person or Zoom attendance is required. Register by November 22, 2026 at 11:59 pm Toronto time. Any date or time displayed in the booking schedule is a registration-deadline marker, not a class or attendance session. Share your creativity and your voice in the 5th annual Osmow's Speech on the Rocks Video Contest, part of Stand Up and Speak's 2026–27 Competitive Program. Your challenge Create a solo 1–2 minute video answering the question: “What does speech on the rocks mean to you?” Who can participate Currently enrolled Stand Up and Speak Competitive Program students in grades 1–12 only. Each entry is an individual student's video. Video guidelines Use your own voice in the video. No other person may be featured. You have creative freedom to use props, slides or other visual elements to communicate your message. Plan a clear idea, practise your delivery and check that your voice can be heard clearly in the finished recording. How to register and submit Select Register on this page and complete the registration form. Registration is free, with space for up to 100 participants. Send your finished video to SUAS via WhatsApp at +1 647-625-8272 (https://wa.me/16476258272) by November 22, 2026. Completing the registration form does not upload or submit your video; the WhatsApp submission is a separate step. Judging and results Videos will be judged by Osmow's for creativity, message, delivery and wow factor. One winner per grade will be announced on December 20, 2026.
