MISSISSAUGA - Primary Competitive - Tuesday: 4:30pm The Stand Up and Speak Primary Competitive Program helps young students build confidence while developing strong public speaking and leadership skills in a fun and supportive environment. Designed for younger learners, this award-winning program introduces students to the foundations of effective communication while encouraging creativity, critical thinking, and confidence. Students will learn: Conversation and communication skills Speech writing and speech delivery Impromptu speaking Introduction to debating Techniques to eliminate signs of nervousness How to express ideas clearly and confidently Throughout the program, students will receive personalized evaluations from experienced coaches and have opportunities to participate in local speaking competitions, allowing them to grow through practice, feedback, and peer learning. This program helps students develop confidence, leadership, and communication skills that will benefit them in school and beyond.
