Class Description

Program Objective This program is designed to improve employability and career readiness by strengthening: • Verbal communication skills • Professional presentation delivery • Impromptu speaking and critical thinking • Leadership communication and interpersonal effectiveness Learning Outcomes Upon completion, participants will be able to: • Deliver structured and effective presentations in professional settings • Communicate ideas clearly and confidently in meetings and interviews • Demonstrate strong body language and vocal delivery • Respond to questions and unexpected scenarios using structured communication frameworks • Lead discussions and contribute meaningfully in team environments Eligible PCLC programs may qualify for a tuition tax credit.
