Open to currently enrolled Stand Up and Speak Competitive Program students only. Registration deadline: February 21, 2027 at 11:59 pm Toronto time. REGISTRATION ONLY — EVENT SIGN-UP. The booking schedule shows an administrative registration marker, not the contest's duration. The actual contest begins at the start time listed below. Develop a clear message and bring it to life in the Top Quality Prepared Speech Contest. This Stand Up and Speak event gives Primary and Intermediate students in the 2026–27 Competitive Program an opportunity to put their speech preparation and delivery skills into practice. Who this registration is for Currently enrolled SUAS Competitive Program students in the Primary and Intermediate divisions only. Choose the registration page for your student's division; the other divisions have a separate contest date. If you are unsure which division applies, check with SUAS before registering. Date and event details Sunday, February 28, 2027 at 12:00 noon. Venue and end time: to be confirmed. How to prepare Work on a focused central message, a clear structure and examples that help an audience follow your ideas. Practise aloud, paying attention to pace, voice, expression and purposeful body language. Ask SUAS for the applicable speech requirements before finalising your entry, including the topic and time limit. Registration Registration is free, with space for up to 100 participants.
