Osmows - 2026 The Future Tastes Good Contest (November 2025)

On November 15th, Stand Up and Speak proudly hosted the Osmow’s Shawarma Video Speech Contest, a fun and creative event that challenged students to combine public speaking with video presentation skills.

In this contest, students prepared and recorded a short speech on video, focusing on delivering their message clearly, confidently, and engagingly. The video format encouraged students to consider presentation, storytelling, creativity, and audience connection while also developing valuable digital communication skills.

Participants were evaluated on several important aspects of communication, including:

• Clarity and structure of the message

• Vocal expression and confidence

• Creativity and originality

• Engagement and connection with the audience

• Overall delivery and presentation

The contest provided students with a unique opportunity to practice communicating in a modern format that reflects how people share ideas today through video and digital media. Each participant brought their own personality and perspective to their presentation, resulting in a wide range of thoughtful and engaging speeches.
